To advance to the championship game, Crawford won 5-1 over Colleen Jones (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals of the 2018 Lady Monctonian Invitational Spiel in Moncton, New Brunswick; and won 7-1 over Sylvie Robichaud (Moncton , NB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2018 Lady Monctonian Invitational Spiel in Moncton, New Brunswick;
Crawford finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Crawford lost 6-5 to Suzanne Birt (Charlottetown, PEI), then responded with a 10-1 win over Nancy McConnery (Halifax, NS). Crawford won 6-5 against Mary Myketyn-Driscoll (Halifax, NS), then won 4-2 against Tanya Hilliard (Dartmouth, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Lady Monctonian Invitational Spiel Championship title, Crawford earned 23.250 world rankings points along with the $1,800CDN first prize cheque.
