Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) finished 5-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hasselborg defeated Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB) 8-2, then won 8-4 against Yilun Jiang (Harbin, CHN). Hasselborg went on to lose 5-4 against Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS). Hasselborg responded with a 7-1 win over Robertson. Hasselborg won 6-2 against Jiang, then won 7-6 against Sidorova in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Curling World Cup Jonkoping, Hasselborg take home 34.689 world rankings points along with the $22,909CDN prize, remaining in 2nd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 26.211 after improving upon their best so far this season. Hasselborg ranks 2nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 414.259 points earned so far this season.
