Selena Sturmay (Edmonton, AB) won 6-3 over Catherine Clifford (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Balmoral Harvest Junior Womens Classic, held October 19 - 21, 2018 at the Saville Community Sports Centre in Edmonton, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Sturmay won 7-3 over Emily Clark (Edmonton, AB) in the semifinals of the 2018 Balmoral Harvest Junior Womens Classic in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; and won 8-4 over Hollie Vincent (Red Deer, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2018 Balmoral Harvest Junior Womens Classic in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada;
 
Sturmay finished 3-1 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sturmay defeated Kathryn Lepine (Calgary, AB) 6-3, then won 6-1 against Clark. Sturmay went on to lose 9-3 against Clifford. Sturmay responded with a 10-2 win over Megan Berg (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week 10 of the event schedule, Sturmay did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Sturmay ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
