To advance to the championship game, Verreault won 9-3 over Roxane Perron (Quebec, QC) in the semifinals of the 2018 Experience Curling Classic in Baie d'Urfé, Quebec, Canada;
 
Verreault finished 2-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Verreault defeated Catherine Derick (Montreal, QC) 7-3, then went on to lose 8-1 against Blais. Verreault responded with a 6-1 win over Derick in their final qualifying round match.
