Jestyn Murphy (Mississauga, ON) qualified for the 2019 CurlON Women's Cash Spiel - Midland playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 9-8 against Katelyn Wasylkiw (Unionville, ON).

Murphy finished 4-0 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Murphy defeated Lauren Horton (Waterloo, ON) 9-3, then won 8-7 against Marteen Jones (Lindsay, ON) and 6-3 against Jo-Ann Rizzo (Brantford, ON). Murphy won 8-3 against Julie Hastings (Thornhill, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Murphy earned 10.230 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the CurlON Women's Cash Spiel - Midland. Murphy move up 5 spots after posting a net gain of 4.194 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 27th overall with 136.865 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Murphy ranks 24th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 112.723 points earned so far this season.
