Thea Coburn (Dundas, ON) won 8-5 over Veronica Bernard (Elmira, ON) in the Final of the Ontario Junior Curling Championships, held December 27 - 30, 2018 in Ajax, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Coburn won 7-6 over Emma Wallingford (Ottawa, ON) in the semifinals of the 2019 Ontario Junior Curling Championships in Ajax, Ontario;
 
Coburn finished 4-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Coburn defeated Maddy Warriner (Listowel, ON) 8-5, then went on to lose 11-5 against Bernard. Coburn lost 8-6 to Wallingford where Coburn responded with a 10-3 win over Courtney Auld (Kingston, ON). Coburn won 8-1 against Kayla Gray (Perth, ON), then won 8-3 against Mackenzie Kiemele (Elora, ON). Coburn went on to lose 6-4 against Lindsay Kastrau (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
