Jacques finished 5-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jacques lost 11-8 to Desmond Young (Edmonton, AB), then responded with a 12-0 win over Cole Ector (Calgary, AB). Jacques won 9-3 against Jared Palanuik (Airdrie, AB). Jacques went on to lose 9-6 against Cole Adams (Calgary, AB). Jacques responded with a 7-6 win over van Amsterdam. Jacques won 7-2 against Ryan Parent (Calgary, AB), then won 6-5 against Andrew Manson (Airdrie, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
