Isabella Wrana (Stockholm, SWE) lost 7-5 to Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) in the Final of the Swedish Championship, held January 2 - 6, 2019 in Jonkoping, Sweden. To advance to the championship game, Wrana won 7-4 over Anette Norberg (Stocksund, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2019 Swedish Championship in Jonkoping, Sweden;

Wrana finished 4-1 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana defeated Emma Moberg (Mjolby, SWE) 7-1, then won 5-4 against Norberg. Wrana went on to lose 8-6 against Hasselborg. Wrana responded with a 7-3 win over Cecilia Fransson (Harnosand, SWE). Wrana won 7-3 against Tova Sundberg (Ostersund, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Swedish Championship, Wrana take home 17.870 world rankings points. Wrana move up 1 spots after posting a net gain of 13.466 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 15th overall with 212.399 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
