Kody Hartung (Saskatoon , SK) won 5-3 over Ryan Deis (Fox Valley, SK) in the Final of the Saskatchewan Tour Championship, held January 4 - 6, 2019 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. To advance to the championship game, Hartung won 7-2 over Bruce Korte (Saskatoon, SK) in the semifinals of the 2019 Saskatchewan Tour Championship in Swift Current, Saskatchewan; and won 5-3 over Shawn Meyer (Regina, SK) in the quarterfinals.
 
Hartung finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hartung defeated Meyer 6-5, then won 4-2 against Deis and 5-4 against Brent Gedak (Estevan, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Saskatchewan Tour Championship Championship title, Hartung earned 18.138 world rankings points along with the $2,830CDN first prize cheque, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 31st place overall with 129.418 total points. Hartung ranks 26th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 117.953 points earned so far this season.
