Sarah Fullerton (Charlottetown, PEI) run at the 2019 PEI Scotties came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-6 loss to Suzanne Birt (Charlottetown, PEI). of the 2019 PEI Scotties in Alberton, Prince Edward Island;

Fullerton finished 4-2 in the 7-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fullerton defeated Chloe McCloskey (Charlottetown, PEI) 6-4, then went on to lose 7-5 against Veronica Smith (Charlottetown, PEI). Fullerton responded with a 9-5 win over Tammy Dewar (Montague, PEI). Fullerton won 7-3 against Melissa Morrow (Summerside, PEI), then won 4-3 against Smith. Fullerton went on to lose 8-2 against Birt in their final qualifying round match.

Fullerton earned 3.825 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the PEI Scotties. For week 22 of the event schedule, Fullerton did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Fullerton ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
