In their opening game, Mallais defeated Andrea Crawford (Saint John, NB) 9-6, then went on to lose 10-8 against Sylvie Robichaud (Moncton, NB). Mallais lost 11-5 to Samantha Crook (Sackville, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
