Sarah Mallais (Moncton, NB) finished 1-2 in the 5-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mallais defeated Andrea Crawford (Saint John, NB) 9-6, then went on to lose 10-8 against Sylvie Robichaud (Moncton, NB).
