Cait Flannery (Mankato, MN) won 6-5 over Annmarie Dubberstein (Portage, WI) in the Final of the USA Curling Junior Nationals Championship, held January 13 - 19, 2019 in Two Harbors, Minnesota. To advance to the championship game, Flannery won 7-1 over Ariel Traxler (Fairbanks, AK) in the semifinals of the 2019 USA Curling Junior Nationals Championship in Two Harbors, Minnesota;
 
Flannery finished 5-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Flannery defeated Samantha Jones (Endeavor, WI) 7-5, then won 9-7 against Suzanna Viau (Plover, WI) and 10-9 against Elizabeth Cousins (Medfield, MA). Flannery went on to lose 8-5 against Dubberstein. Flannery responded with a 10-3 win over Mackenzie Page (Burnsville, MN). Flannery went on to lose 6-5 against Traxler. Flannery responded with a 6-4 win over Abbey Kitchens (Devils Lake, ND) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the USA Curling Junior Nationals Championship Championship title, Flannery earned 19.238 world rankings points. For week 23 of the event schedule, Flannery did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Flannery ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
