Kerri Einarson (Gimli, MB) lost 13-7 to Tracy Fleury (East St. Paul, MB) in the Final of the Manitoba Scotties, held January 23 - 27, 2019 in Gimli, Manitoba. To advance to the championship game, Einarson won 11-4 over Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2019 Manitoba Scotties in Gimli, Manitoba;
 
Einarson finished 6-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson defeated Joelle Brown (Winnipeg, MB) 9-2, then won 10-0 against Rebecca Lamb (Stonewall, MB) and 9-3 against Lisa Hale (Dauphin, MB). Einarson won 7-5 against Abby Ackland (Winnipeg, MB). Einarson went on to lose 8-5 against Barb Spencer (Sanford, MB). Einarson responded with a 9-5 win over Alli Flaxey (Winnipeg, MB). Einarson won 8-3 against Beth Peterson (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Manitoba Scotties, Einarson take home 25.493 world rankings points, remaining in 3rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of -17.256 after improving upon their best so far this season. Einarson ranks 2nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 413.462 points earned so far this season.
