Glen Muirhead (Perth, SCO) lost 7-5 to Bruce Mouat (Edinburgh, SCO) in the Final of the Scottish Curling Championships, held February 10 - 16, 2019 in Perth, Scotland. To advance to the championship game, Muirhead won 8-2 over Ross Paterson (Glasgow, SCO) in the semifinals of the 2019 Scottish Curling Championships in Perth, Scotland;

Muirhead finished 6-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Muirhead defeated Cameron McNay (Greenacres, SCO) 7-3, then won 9-4 against Ewan MacDonald (Inverness, SCO) and 9-6 against Murray Young (Forfar, SCO). Muirhead won 10-2 against Paterson, then won 9-5 against Robin Brydone (Perth, SCO) and 8-6 against Callum Kinnear (Perth, SCO). Muirhead went on to lose 6-5 against Mouat in their final qualifying round match.
