After advancing directly to the championship game, Mike Flannery (Fredericton, NB) lost 6-5 to Wade Blanchard (Saint John, NB) in the Final of the Amsterdam Inn Suites New Brunswick Senior Championship, held February 20 - 24, 2019 in Rothesay, New Brunswick.
 
Flannery finished 6-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Flannery defeated Peter Myers (Saint John, NB) 7-4, then won 6-3 against Bob Sherrard (Saint John, NB) and 7-4 against Rod Aube (Fredericton, NB). Flannery won 5-3 against Blanchard. Flannery went on to lose 6-3 against Michael Dobson (Saint John, NB). Flannery responded with a 7-1 win over Gary Mitchell (Saint John, NB). Flannery won 8-4 against George Anderson (Sackville, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
