Hunter Clawson (Potomac, MD) won 9-5 over Caitlin Pulli (Rochester, NY) in the Final of the USA Curling Mixed National Championship, held March 24 - 30, 2019 in Denver, Colorado. To advance to the championship game, Clawson won 7-6 over Evan Workin (Fargo, ND) in the semifinals
 
Clawson finished 6-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Clawson lost 6-5 to Pulli, then responded with a 9-2 win over Doug Schaak (Vancouver, WA). Clawson won 11-3 against Thomas Lee (Lynnwood, WA), then won 6-5 against Dave Durrant (Chicago, IL) and 7-2 against Tyler George (Duluth, MN). Clawson went on to lose 4-3 against Sean Murray (Port Huron, MI). Clawson responded with a 8-4 win over Aaron Johnston (Greenwood, CO). Clawson went on to lose 7-5 against Ben Richardson (Eau Claire, WI). Clawson responded with a 5-4 win over Workin in their final qualifying round match.
