To advance to the championship game, Sturmay won 8-1 over Zoe Cinnamon (Cochrane, AB) in the semifinals of the 2019 AJCT Players' Championship in St. Albert, Alberta;
Sturmay finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sturmay lost 7-5 to Cinnamon, then responded with a 7-2 win over Cheldynn Molnar (Calgary, AB). Sturmay won 8-2 against Kathryn Lepine (Calgary, AB), then won 8-6 against Cinnamon in their final qualifying round match.
. For week 33 of the event schedule, Sturmay did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Sturmay ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
