Rachel Steele (Port Perry, ON) won 6-5 over Mackenzie Kiemele (Guelph, ON) in the Final of the OJCT U21 Championships, held April 26 - 28, 2019 in Guelph, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Steele won 5-3 over Maddy Warriner (Listowel, ON) in the semifinals of the 2019 OJCT U21 Championships in Guelph, Ontario;
 
Steele finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Steele defeated Veronica Bernard (Kingston, ON) 6-3, then won 7-3 against Kiemele and 6-3 against Kayla Gray (Perth, ON). Steele went on to lose 10-3 against Warriner in their final qualifying round match.
