In their opening game, Arsenault defeated Nova Scotia's Krista Flanagan 7-4, then won 8-4 against Mary Myketyn-Driscoll (Halifax, NS) and 7-6 against Colleen Jones (Halifax, NS). Arsenault won 8-2 against Prince Edward Island's Melissa Morrow in their final qualifying round match.
