Chambers finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Chambers lost 10-9 to Wiebe, then responded with a 8-1 win over William Kuran (Winnipeg, MB). Chambers won 6-4 against Ty Dilello (Winnipeg, MB), then won 8-1 against Jacques Gauthier (Winnipeg , MB) in their final qualifying round match.
