Hasselborg finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hasselborg defeated Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN) 6-2, then went on to lose 5-3 against Elena Stern (Oberwallis, SUI). Hasselborg responded with a 4-3 win over Robyn Silvernagle (North Battleford, SK). Hasselborg won 6-2 against Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Boost National Championship title, Hasselborg earned 89.033 world rankings points along with the $35,000CDN first prize cheque.
