Hudyma finished 3-1 in the 13-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hudyma defeated Morgayne Eby (Vernon, BC) 8-2, then won 8-7 against Brette Richards (Kelowna, BC). Hudyma went on to lose 6-2 against Russia's Diana Margarian. Hudyma responded with a 8-3 win over Kayte Gyles (New Westminster, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Hudyma earned 8.400 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Sunset Ranch Kelowna Double Cash, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 80th place overall with 49.707 total points. Hudyma ranks 79th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 23.855 points earned so far this season.
