Palancsa/Kiss Reaches 2020 WCT Dutch Masters Mixed Doubles Quarters

Dorottya Palancsa/Zsolt Kiss (Budapest, HUN) qualified for the 2020 WCT Dutch Masters Mixed Doubles playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 9-8 against Germany's Lena Kapp/Marc Muskatewitz.

Palancsa/Kiss finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Palancsa/Kiss defeated Spain's Oihane Otaegi/Mikel Unanue 10-4, then won 7-6 against Germany's Lena Kapp/Marc Muskatewitz. Palancsa/Kiss went on to lose 10-4 against Therese Westman/Robin Ahlberg (Stockholm, SWE). Palancsa/Kiss responded with a 5-4 win over Michele Jaeggi/Marc Pfister (Bern, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Palancsa/Kiss earned 14.985 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the WCT Dutch Masters Mixed Doubles, remaining in 668th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 14.986 after improving upon their best so far this season.
