Scott Jones (Moncton, NB) won 9-3 over Ed Cyr (Fredericton, NB) in the Final of the Atlantic Superstore Monctonian Challenge, held October 25 - 27, 2019 in Moncton, New Brunswick. Advancing directly to the semifinals, Jones won 7-4 over Bryan Cochrane (Ottawa, ON) to advance to the championship game. of the 2019 Atlantic Superstore Monctonian Challenge in Moncton, New Brunswick;
 
Jones finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jones defeated Neil Gallant (Dartmouth, NS) 8-2, then won 5-3 against Kevin Ouellette (Halifax, NS). Jones went on to lose 5-3 against Jean-Sebastien Roy (Saguenay, QC). Jones responded with a 4-3 win over Nova Scotia's Mike Callaghan. Jones won 6-5 against Cochrane in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Atlantic Superstore Monctonian Challenge Championship title, Jones earned 19.024 world rankings points along with the $3,100CDN first prize cheque, moving up 23 spots the World Ranking Standings into 70th place overall with 63.860 total points. Jones ranks 54th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 33.036 points earned so far this season.
