Maerki won 9-8 against Chase Sinnett (Medfield, MA) in their final qualifying round match.

Maerki earned 18.673 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the USA Curling National Championship, moving up 17 spots the World Ranking Standings into 51st place overall with 84.521 total points.
