Taylor Stremick/Logan Ede (Regina, SK) finished 3-3 in the 21-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Stremick/Ede lost 8-5 to Cheng Yu Sun/Wen Xin Zhang (Beijing, CHN), droppimg another game, 8-3 to Hui Yan/Cheng Kuo (Beijing, CHN) where Stremick/Ede responded with a 7-6 win over Saskatchewan's Mackenzie Schwartz/Sam Wills. Stremick/Ede won 8-4 against Christie Gamble/Tyler Gamble (Regina, SK), then won 9-1 against Saskatchewan's Danielle Schmiemann/Jason Ginter. Stremick/Ede went on to lose 7-4 against Dorottya Palancsa/Zsolt Kiss (Budapest, HUN) in their final qualifying round match.

Stremick/Ede earned 5.905 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 30 of the event schedule, Stremick/Ede did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Stremick/Ede ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
