To advance to the championship game, Wright/Hardie won 7-6 over Jayne Stirling/Fraser Kingan (Dumfries, SCO) in the semifinals of the 2019 Aberdeen Mixed Doubles Championship in Aberdeen, Scotland, Scotland; and won 8-6 over Sophie Jackson/Hammy McMillan Jr. (Stirling, SCO) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Aberdeen Mixed Doubles Championship in Aberdeen, Scotland, Scotland;
 
Wright/Hardie finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wright/Hardie lost 7-5 to Sophie Sinclair/Duncan Menzies (Stirling, SCO), then responded with a 8-3 win over Naomi Brown/Michael Goodfellow (Stirling, SCO). Wright/Hardie won 8-6 against Rebecca Morrison/Robin Brydone (Stirling, SCO), then won 7-6 against Johanna Heldin/Kristian Lindstroem (Stockholm, SWE) and 7-5 against Spain's Oihane Otaegi/Mikel Unanue in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Aberdeen Mixed Doubles Championship, Wright/Hardie take home 21.196 world rankings points along with the $1,711CDN prize, remaining in 668th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 27.678 total points.
