Oihane Otaegi (San Sebastien, ESP) won 10-7 over Irantzu Garcia (Iparpolo, ESP) in the Final of the Spanish Womens National Championship, held February 28 - March 8, 2020 in Jaca, Spain. To advance to the championship game, Otaegi won 9-2 over Alba Garcia (Barcelona, ESP) in the semifinals of the 2020 Spanish Womens National Championship in Jaca, Spain;
 
Otaegi finished 5-0 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Otaegi defeated Aroa Amilibia (Val d'Aran, ESP) 14-2, then won 9-0 against Nerea Torralba (Pirineo, ESP) and 9-1 against Oihane Ruiz (Harrikada, ESP). Otaegi won 10-7 against Garcia, then won 6-4 against Garcia in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Spanish Womens National Championship Championship title, Otaegi earned 6.413 world rankings points, moving up 54 spots the World Ranking Standings into 158th place overall with 10.581 total points. Otaegi ranks 158th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 10.581 points earned so far this season.
