Ross Paterson (Glasgow, SCO) finished 3-1 in the 3-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Paterson defeated Bruce Mouat (Edinburgh, SCO) 8-3, then won 7-6 against Glen Muirhead (Perth, SCO) and 7-2 against Mouat. Paterson went on to lose 9-5 against Muirhead in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Scottish Europeans Qualifier Championship title, Paterson earned 11.588 world rankings points. For week 12 of the event schedule, Paterson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 8th place on the World Ranking Standings with 403.826 total points. Paterson ranks 6th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 93.487 points earned so far this season.
