Lauren Ferguson (Charlottetown, PEI) won 8-7 over Mackenzie Mitchell (St. John's, NL) in the Final of the Oak Island Junior Womens Cashspiel, held November 1 - 3, 2019 in Chester, Nova Scotia. To advance to the championship game, Ferguson won 5-2 over Cally Moore (Lower Sackville, NS) in the semifinals
 
Ferguson finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ferguson lost 1-0 to Taylour Stevens (Halifax, NS), then responded with a 6-3 win over Melodie Forsythe (Moncton, NB). Ferguson won 7-5 against Sarah McNeil Lamswood (Stephenville, NL), then won 8-5 against Marin Callaghan (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week 15 of the event schedule, Ferguson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Ferguson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
