Jean-Sebastien Roy (Saguenay, QC) won 7-1 over Vincent Roberge (Levis, QC) in the Final of the Finale du Circuit, held November 29 - December 1, 2019 at the Aurèle Racine Curling Club in Tracy, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Roy won 7-1 over Steven Munroe (Levis, QC) in the semifinals of the 2019 Finale du Circuit in Tracy, Quebec, Canada; and won 10-5 over Greg Balsdon (Montreal, QC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Finale du Circuit in Tracy, Quebec, Canada;
 
Roy finished 3-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Roy defeated Pascal Michaud (Ottawa, ON) 7-2, then won 8-3 against Alek Bedard (Lacolle, QC) and 8-3 against Balsdon in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Finale du Circuit Championship title, Roy earned 18.373 world rankings points along with the $3,300CDN first prize cheque. Roy move up 8 spots after posting a net gain of 9.015 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 49th overall with 98.303 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Roy ranks 62nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 51.515 points earned so far this season.
