Perret/Rios finished 2-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Perret/Rios defeated Switzerland's Cynthia Gertsch/Cyril Gertsch 9-0, then won 11-0 against Switzerland's Noelle Iseli/Rene Iseli in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Schweizer Cup Championship title, Perret/Rios earned 33.280 world rankings points along with the $3,352CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 668th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 12.842 after improving upon their best so far this season.
