In their opening game, March lost 10-9 to Owen Purdy (Kingston, ON), droppimg another game, 6-0 to Matthew Hall (Kitchener, ON) where March responded with a 5-2 win over Tyler Marshall (Coldwater, ON). March went on to lose 6-4 against Rylan Hartley (Brantford, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

March earned 1.153 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 20 spots the World Ranking Standings into 298th place overall with 5.638 total points. March ranks 372nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.153 points earned so far this season.
