Liam Marin (Saint John, NB) lost 1-1 to Marin in the Final of the New Brunswick Papa John's Pizza U21 Championships, held December 27 - 30, 2019 at the Thistle St. Andrews Curling Club in Saint John, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Marin won 8-7 over Josh Nowlan (Moncton, NB) in the semifinals of the 2020 New Brunswick Papa John's Pizza U21 Championships in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada;
 
Marin finished 5-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Marin defeated Nowlan 11-3, then won 9-3 against Alex Peasley (Oromocto, NB) and 8-3 against Declan Johnston (Florenceville, NB). Marin went on to lose 9-7 against Nowlan. Marin responded with a 7-6 win over Peasley. Marin won 8-6 against Nowlan in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week 23 of the event schedule, Marin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Marin ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
