Chambers finished 4-1 in the 11-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Chambers defeated Ty Dilello (Winnipeg, MB) 6-3, then went on to lose 4-1 against Cale Dunbar (Brandon, MB). Chambers responded with a 5-3 win over Birchard. Chambers won 6-3 against JT Ryan (Winnipeg , MB), then won 9-1 against Sean Grassie (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the KKP Classic, Chambers take home 16.403 world rankings points along with the $1,500CDN prize, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 33rd place overall with 138.761 total points. Chambers ranks 30th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 116.764 points earned so far this season.
