Einarson finished 6-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson lost 6-5 to Abby Ackland (Winnipeg, MB), then responded with a 11-4 win over Terry Ursel (Arden, MB). Einarson won 8-3 against Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB), then won 6-3 against Janelle Vachon (Brandon, MB) and 7-6 against Jones. Einarson won 7-1 against Kristy Watling (Winnipeg, MB), then won 8-6 against Tracy Fleury (East St. Paul, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Manitoba Scotties Tournament of Hearts Championship title, Einarson earned 35.044 world rankings points, remaining in 3rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of -23.01 after improving upon their best so far this season. Einarson ranks 3rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 355.870 points earned so far this season.
