In their opening game, Jones defeated Terry Ursel (Arden, MB) 11-2, then won 12-4 against Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB) and 11-5 against Janelle Vachon (Brandon, MB). Jones won 11-3 against Abby Ackland (Winnipeg, MB). Jones went on to lose 7-6 against Einarson. Jones lost 7-4 to Fleury where Jones responded with a 8-5 win over Kristy Watling (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
