In their opening game, Pierce lost 7-1 to Kellie Stiksma (Edmonton, AB), droppimg another game, 10-3 to Krysta Hilker (St. Albert, AB) where Pierce responded with a 7-4 win over Ashley Kalk (Sherwood Park, AB). Pierce went on to lose 7-4 against Holly Scott (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Pierce earned 0.828 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 25 of the event schedule, Pierce did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Pierce ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
