Delaney Strouse (Midland, MI) won 9-8 over Cora Farrell (Fairbanks, AK) in the Final of the USA Junior Women's National Championship, held January 12 - 18, 2020 at the Eau Claire Curling Club in Eau Claire, United States. To advance to the championship game, Strouse won 6-3 over Samantha Jones (Endeavor, WI) in the semifinals

Strouse finished 5-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Strouse defeated Anya Normandeau (Burnsville, MN) 10-4, then won 10-2 against DaKotah Crotty (Pardeeville, WI) and 6-2 against Abbey Kitchens (Devils Lake, ND). Strouse went on to lose 10-6 against Christine McMakin (Minneapolis, MN). Strouse lost 10-7 to Farrell where Strouse responded with a 8-6 win over Ariel Traxler (Fairbanks, AK). Strouse won 9-8 against Jones in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the USA Junior Women's National Championship Championship title, Strouse earned 12.825 world rankings points. For week 26 of the event schedule, Strouse did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Strouse ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
