Ashley Thevenot (Saskatoon, SK) finished 5-5 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Thevenot defeated Abby Marks (Edmonton, AB) 9-8, then won 8-5 against Kaila Buchy (Kimberley, BC) and 13-6 against Bayly Scoffin (Whitehorse, YK). Thevenot won 8-3 against Tyanna Bain (Inuvik, NT). Thevenot went on to lose 11-3 against Mackenzie Mitchell (St. John's, NL). Thevenot lost 11-10 to Sierra Sutherland (Ottawa, ON). Thevenot lost 9-3 to Noemie Gauthier (Kenogami, QC). Thevenot lost 10-4 to Mackenzie Zacharias (Altona, MB) where Thevenot responded with a 8-6 win over Melodie Forsythe (Moncton, NB). Thevenot went on to lose 11-8 against Taylour Stevens (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.

Thevenot earned 6.298 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 27 of the event schedule, Thevenot did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Thevenot ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
