Fredrik Nyman (Leksand, SWE) qualified for the 2020 Swedish Championships playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-4 against Daniel Magnusson (Karlstad, SWE). of the 2020 Swedish Championships in Jonkoping, Sweden;

Nyman finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Nyman defeated Emil Markusson (Ostersund, SWE) 12-3, then won 7-0 against Andreas Adersteg (Sundbyberg, SWE) and 8-2 against Gustav Koehn (Gavle, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

Nyman earned 11.030 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Swedish Championships. For week 29 of the event schedule, Nyman did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Nyman ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
