After advancing directly to the championship game, Tova Sundberg (Ostersund, SWE) lost 8-3 to Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) in the Final of the Swedish Championships, held February 6 - 10, 2020 in Jonkoping, Sweden.

Sundberg won 7-6 against Nilla Hallstroem (Harnosand, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Swedish Championships, Sundberg take home 15.362 world rankings points, moving up 94 spots the World Ranking Standings into 128th place overall with 18.155 total points.
