Chelsea Brandwood/Zack Shurtleff (St. Catharines, ON) qualified for the 2020 Ontario Mixed Doubles Provincial Championship playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-3 against Lauren Wasylkiw/Shane Konings (Unionville, ON).
 
Brandwood/Shurtleff finished 4-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Brandwood/Shurtleff lost 8-2 to Marie-Elaine Little/Brett Lyon-Hatcher (Ottawa, ON), then responded with a 6-3 win over Anastasia Richards/Sammy Churchill (St. Catharines, ON). Brandwood/Shurtleff won 8-2 against Kimberly Tuck/Wayne Tuck Jr. (Ilderton, ON), then won 5-0 against Keatyn Chisamore-Johnston/Ethan Chisamore-Johnston (Newmarket, ON) and 9-6 against Audrey Wallbank/Stuart Leslie (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Brandwood/Shurtleff earned 9.825 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Ontario Mixed Doubles Provincial Championship.
