Tardi lost 7-5 to Yuta Matsumura (Sapporo, JPN) where Tardi responded with a 6-1 win over Kalem Hamilton (Edmonton, AB). Tardi won 8-5 against Sebastien Robillard (New Westminster, BC) to advance to a C-Qualifier game where they lost 7-6 against Colton Flasch (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Tardi earned 5.971 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 17 of the event schedule, Tardi did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 21st to 23rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 149.784 total points. Tardi ranks 16th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 74.621 points earned so far this season.
