Brad Gushue (St. John's, NL) won 5-2 over Bruce Mouat (Stirling, SCO) in the Final of the Boost National, held November 2 - 7, 2021 in Chestermere, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Gushue won 5-2 over Kevin Koe (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2021 Boost National in Chestermere, Alberta; and won 6-3 over Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO) in the quarterfinals.
 
Gushue finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gushue defeated Jason Gunnlaugson (Winnipeg, MB) 5-4, then won 8-2 against Matt Dunstone (Regina, SK) and 8-6 against Mouat in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Boost National Championship title, Gushue earned 91.730 world rankings points along with the $33,000CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 3rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 392.576 total points. Gushue ranks 2nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 194.703 points earned so far this season.
