Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO) qualified for the 2021 Boost National playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-3 against Brad Gushue (St. John's, NL).
 
Whyte finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Whyte lost 7-4 to Niklas Edin (Karlstad, SWE), then responded with a 7-5 win over John Epping (Toronto, ON). Whyte won 7-6 against Braden Calvert (Winnipeg, MB). Whyte went on to lose 8-2 against Bruce Mouat (Stirling, SCO). Whyte responded with a 7-4 win over Yannick Schwaller (Bern, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Whyte earned 36.692 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Boost National, remaining in 14th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 8.496 after improving upon their best so far this season. Whyte ranks 9th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 105.326 points earned so far this season.
