Laura Walker (Edmonton, AB) qualified for the 2021 Boost National playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-5 against Tracy Fleury (East St. Paul, MB).

Walker finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Walker lost 9-7 to Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI), droppimg another game, 7-3 to Isabella Wrana (Sundbyberg, SWE) where Walker responded with a 9-3 win over Irene Schori (Langenthal, SUI). Walker won 6-5 against Kerri Einarson (Gimli, MB), then won 6-1 against Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Walker earned 35.331 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Boost National. Walker move up 2 spots after posting a net gain of 25.896 points improving upon their best 3 results so far this season, ranking 13th overall with 177.646 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Walker ranks 9th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 91.443 points earned so far this season.
