Scott Jones (Moncton, NB) qualified for the 2024 Steele Cup Cash playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-0 against Kendal Thompson (Halifax, NS). of the 2024 Steele Cup Cash in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada;

Jones finished 2-1 in the 11-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jones defeated Jeff Lacey (Fredericton, NB) 7-4, then went on to lose 5-4 against Luke Robichaud (Moncton, NB). Jones responded with a 7-1 win over New Brunswick's Zack Eldridge in their final qualifying round match.
