Raphaela Keiser (St. Moritz, SUI) lost 8-2 to Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) in the Final of the Womens Masters Basel, held September 18 - 20, 2020 at the Curlingzentrum Region Basel in Arlesheim, Switzerland. To advance to the championship game, Keiser won 9-4 over Elena Stern (Oberwallis, SUI) in the semifinals of the 2020 Womens Masters Basel in Arlesheim, Switzerland, Switzerland; and won 6-5 over Corrie Huerlimann (Zug, SUI) in the quarterfinals.
 
Keiser finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Keiser defeated Huerlimann 5-2, then won 6-4 against Isabella Wrana (Sundbyberg, SWE). Keiser went on to lose 7-6 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
