To advance to the championship game, Grandy/Janssen won 7-3 over Emilie Desjardins/Robert Desjardins (Saguenay, QC) in the semifinals of the 2021 GOLDLINE Valleyfield Mixed Doubles in , Quebec; and won 6-5 over Audrey Laplante/Jasmin Gibeau (Thurso, QC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 GOLDLINE Valleyfield Mixed Doubles in , Quebec;

Grandy/Janssen finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. .
